Telemarketing Campaign
Brief 1 - To promote an event at a west London dealership, via telemarketing, using information from the client’s database. (MARCH, 2009).
Results – Booty agency supplied 10 staff, over 3 days, working from the showroom, generating appointments from the database. In total, Booty Agency staff booked over 70 appointments, for the event our client was holding that weekend. The outcome of this was that the dealership sold 39 vehicles from a single event. The cost to the dealership for our staff was just £1500 plus VAT.

Shopping centre promotional Campaign
Brief 2 – To provide promotional models in a shopping centre with a car. Our models distributed promotional literature and captured data for a local dealership. (APRIL, 2009)
Results – Booty agency provided promotional models wearing the dealerships branded T-shirts, they also promoted the brand by giving brochures and leaflets out with offers that they were running and then took data from potential customers within the shopping centre, who were serious about booking an appointment with a sales executive. The outcome of this event was that the dealership had over 50% more walk in business during the week the models appeared, and the girls managed to take 180 new leads over the promotion The cost of this was £110 per promo model per day plus VAT.
Business Promotion (Corporate)
Brief 3 - To supply 2 promotional models to work for the corporate side of a car sales dealership, posing with a car, situated at Booker a trade store (cash & carry) with the 2 Promotional models running a competition, whilst gathering data from local businesses.(MAY,2009)
Results – Booty agency provided 2 promotional models to run a competition, which enabled them to interact with the public and gain interest in the car, whilst distributing promotional literature, and obtaining valuable data in relation to purchasing within local businesses. The outcome of this promotion was that the dealership managed to sell a fleet of cars to one local business, and received 286 new leads from local businesses. The cost of this event was £110 per promo model per day plus VAT.
Weekend Event at Dealership
Brief 4 – To provide entertainers for a weekend event at a car dealership. Stilt walkers x 2, a juggler, a clown who did balloon modelling for kids, promotional models x 4 and a lookalike!
Results – Booty agency provided 2 stilt walkers and a juggler to walk around entertaining people whilst looking at cars. Booty provided a clown to entertain the children, with tricks and balloon modelling, whilst parents looked at cars and spoke with the sales executives. We also provided 4 promotional models to walk around, handing out information and refreshments to customers. Booty also provided the dealership with a David Beckham lookalike, who sat in cars and had pictures taken with potential customers. This went down really well with both adults and children!
The outcome was that all the customers enjoyed the experience and over 2 days the dealership sold 43 vehicles and went on to sell another 12 vehicles over the next week from the event. The total cost for the entertainment and models were £2480 plus VAT.
